I am told often that my music reminds people of Sufjan Stevens, a tremendous compliment, and this song is particularly similar to his style. His record label, Asthmatic Kitty (new window will open), is based in my small hometown of Lander, Wyoming, and I wonder if I will connect with him there someday.
